Project Overview
Advanced Engineering Group delivered mechanical services works for a chilled storage unit in Dublin on behalf of Powertech for the client Musgrave. The project involved the installation of stainless steel glycol and chilled water systems, structural gantries, and associated mechanical infrastructure to support a large-scale temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
Following a comprehensive site survey, detailed fabrication drawings and material schedules were prepared to coordinate offsite manufacturing and on-site installation. Stainless steel pipework and structural gantries were prefabricated to precise specifications, reducing site welding time and ensuring dimensional accuracy prior to delivery and installation.
On site, gantries were installed and secured before stainless steel glycol and chilled water pipework was positioned, aligned, and integrated with chillers, coolers, pumps, and ancillary equipment. Comprehensive inspection, pressure testing, leak testing, and commissioning verified system integrity and operational performance prior to handover.
