With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, complex projects across commercial, industrial, and modular sectors, we provide clients with end-to-end solutions—from concept and design to off-site fabrication and final commissioning. We are now seeking a driven and detail-oriented Mechanical & Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team.
Role Overview
As a Mechanical & Electrical Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of M&E packages across a variety of projects. You will ensure that costs are controlled, value is maximized, and risk is minimized. This is a critical role in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost plans, estimates, and budgets for mechanical and electrical elements
- Review project specifications and drawings to identify risks and opportunities
- Procure and manage subcontractor and supplier packages
- Carry out monthly valuations, cash flow forecasts, and final accounts
- Analyze and negotiate contract variations and claims
- Support commercial project reporting and provide accurate financial insight
- Liaise closely with project managers, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry pricing, codes, and regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, installations, and pricing
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Excellent numerical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in measurement tools, estimating software, and MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with NEC, JCT, or similar contract forms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

We are now looking for an experienced and detail-focused Electrical Estimator to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Role Overview
As an Electrical Estimator, you will play a key role in the pre-construction phase by preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for electrical projects. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to develop pricing strategies that align with project goals, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare detailed cost estimates
- Perform material take-offs and labor pricing for electrical systems and components
- Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes
- Prepare and submit tender and bid packages on time
- Collaborate with the commercial and project delivery teams during the handover process
- Identify and assess commercial risks and opportunities during the bidding phase
- Maintain and update pricing databases and cost libraries
- Attend site visits and pre-tender meetings as required
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator within the construction or engineering sector
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, standards, and installation methods
- Proficiency in estimating software, digital take-off tools, and MS Office Suite
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, and industry pricing
- Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline preferred
