Project Overview
Electrical installation works were delivered for Linenhall Plaza, a new 10-storey speculative office development located on Linenhall Street in Belfast City Centre. The scheme included full design and installation for both shell and core and complete tenant fit-out capability.
Raised access floors were installed throughout the building to enable flexible distribution of power and ICT services, allowing future tenants to configure office layouts to suit their operational requirements. The building services infrastructure was designed to support letting on a floor-by-floor basis or as a single complete development, providing flexibility for the client and landlord.
The electrical scope included general and emergency lighting, low-voltage distribution, life safety systems, audio-visual integration, energy management systems, and advanced communication infrastructure. All systems were installed and tested in compliance with current building regulations and industry standards, delivering a high-performance and future-ready commercial office environment.
