Project Overview
Electrical installation works were delivered for Falcon Road Apartments, a five-storey plus basement luxury residential development in the heart of Battersea, comprising 25 high-specification apartments and two retail units at ground level.
The project involved a complete new-build electrical installation across all residential units and landlord areas, including life safety systems, lighting, communications infrastructure, and security systems. Particular attention was given to coordination within a dense urban environment, maintaining close liaison with the local community, and minimising disruption to neighbouring homes and a nearby primary school.
All systems were installed and tested in accordance with current regulations, delivering reliable, energy-efficient, and future-ready infrastructure suitable for modern residential living.
