Project Overview
Advanced Cabling Contractors were contracted to deliver the electrical works for the newly constructed BMW showroom in Glasgow, covering sales, servicing, and parts facilities. The project required a complete electrical infrastructure installation within a new-build commercial environment, delivered within a tight programme schedule.
The scope included sub-mains installation, distribution boards, low-voltage distribution integration, street lighting infrastructure, and EV charging installation. All works were carefully coordinated to ensure seamless integration with the incoming supply from the SSE transformer while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
Every cable was clearly identified within surface containment and external chambers, ensuring traceability and long-term maintainability. All installations were fully tested and certified upon completion, with detailed test results and marked-up as-installed drawings provided to the client.
