Project Overview
Electrical installation works were delivered for Northern Bank at Donegall Square, Belfast, located adjacent to Belfast City Hall. The project comprised a high-end commercial office fit-out across the ground floor, reception, mezzanine, and seven upper floors within a shell and core building.
The scope included the installation of complete power distribution, lighting systems, life safety infrastructure, and communications networks, alongside significant structural modifications including the construction of additional bathrooms, installation of a new lift and lift shaft, a new emergency generator and enclosure, a new substation and UPS enclosure, and rooftop plant screening works.
Bespoke furniture was designed and integrated with power and IT infrastructure to support open-plan working environments, study booths, breakout areas, and reception spaces. All works were delivered within a busy live campus environment, requiring careful coordination with tenant and landlord teams to ensure minimal disruption while delivering a modern, sustainable, and innovative office space.
