Project Overview
Electrical installation works were delivered for Athlumney House in Navan, comprising the full rewire of an original two-storey over-basement period property and a new electrical installation for a 20,506 sq ft modern office extension.
The project involved integrating contemporary electrical infrastructure within a heritage building while delivering a complete fit-out to the new extension, including reception areas, changing rooms, canteen facilities, conferencing rooms, boardrooms, and breakout spaces. The installation required careful coordination to support modern office functionality while ensuring compliance with current building regulations and performance standards.
