Project Overview
Electrical installation works were delivered for the Wallace Studios at RSAMD in Glasgow, providing full electrical infrastructure across four high-specification dance studios, wardrobe design studio, and set design and construction facilities.
Formed from refurbished steel-framed storage sheds, the development required a modern, integrated electrical system to support performance, rehearsal, and production environments. The studios benefit from natural daylight via rooflights and natural ventilation, with additional facilities including changing rooms, a fitness suite, and staff and student areas arranged around a central social courtyard.
The electrical scope included life safety systems, specialist lighting, low-voltage infrastructure, BMS wiring, HVAC connections, and advanced communication systems. All installations were completed in accordance with relevant regulations and standards, delivering a safe, efficient, and future-ready facility for creative and educational use.
