Project Overview
This project was a new build sports hall and leisure facilities with a full electrical installation which includes the provision of power distribution, energy-efficient LED lighting with emergency backup, and small power supplies for equipment and amenities. Specialist services such as lighting controls, scoreboards, audio-visual systems, and ventilation plant connections are integrated into the design. Containment systems, earthing, and protective devices are installed in compliance with BS 7671.
Facilities include a bright and spacious gym with a variety of cardio and strength resistance equipment, dedicated weights lifting area, sports hall, as well as a climbing centre offering more than 90 climbing routes of varying grades. Within the fitness studio, members can enjoy a range of body conditioning classes, as well as take part in group training sessions using the Queenax functional training rig, a revolutionary multi-dimensional fitness method that gives the ultimate full body workout.
